DELIVERY
It is your obligation as our customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, nor will we not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We put a lot of effort in our packaging procedures to prevent any problems at shipping. However, we have to be realistic and conclude that things do go wrong from time to time.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
To prevent any discussions regarding damages that occurred during the shipment, please carefully check the parcel at the time the courier offers it to you.
When you think a product is faulty before or upon fitment, please contact us before taking any action. We will inform you about the return procedure. The decision to accept a return is based on the cooperation of the purchaser to provide all needed information to judge the specific failure. After receiving your return, we will inspect the product and inform you about the cause of the problem. If the problem is cause by material or manufacturing failure, we will replace the part free of charge.
Roks Carbon company will not offer a refund or accept returns in the following situations:
- Items that have been broken due to incorrect fitment.
- Installation problems where fairings or part installations are not being carried out by a licensed motorcycle repair service.
- NO returns on special order items. What are special order items? Special order items are all items which are not in our offer on our website or parts that are custom made by order from the customer.
Damages durring transport
Inspect all parts carefully immediately upon receiving parcel. We inspect all parts before they leave the warehouse to ensure that only quality parts are sent out and are not responsible for damages incurred through shipping. Almost all postal services provide insurance, so please report parts damages immediately to your shipping currier and please contact us by email and we will help you to resolve problem and arrange for parts replacement, if it is possible.
